Delivering Your Case Invoice: Once you have placed an order we will email an invoice to you. Once payment for the case and delivery or shipping is cleared we can place the order in our work schedule. Despatch: We will inform you when your case is to be sent from us and will provide you with a reference number and contact to follow your cases progress. UK Mainland: Your case will be on a next day delivery and will require a signature. Sea Freight Outside of Europe: You can collect a case from a sea port. All of our cases are sent with local duties and import taxes unpaid. You will be responsible for these charges. European Air Freight: We will provide you will a quotation from our shipping agent or you can arrange shipping yourself for the case from Wales by using the dimensions and weights as provided below. Please use insurance as we cannot be responsible for damages in transit when you arrange this. Cello Case: A boxed cello case weighs a maximum of 10kg and measures 141cm high, 58cm wide and 38cm deep. Double Bass Case: A packaged double bass case weighs a maximum of 25kg and measures 220cm high, 92cm wide and 60cm deep. Damage: Do not sign for any package which shows signs of damage.
